Do Beauty Vitamins Really Work 

I was one of those blessed women who had an amazing pregnancy. I mean my hair was thick and shiny, my brows as thick as ever, no pimples. Not sure if it was hormones or being well rested, or perhaps all the vitamins I was taking. As soon as I had my baby, it seemed like everything went back to normal. The fairytale was over, I mean besides my beautiful girl of course. That said, I couldn¹t help but wonder; if I keep taking the vitamins will I have the same results? So I embarked on a post pregnancy beauty vitamin routine, and this is what I have been adding to my diet and regimen to try and get back my pregnancy beauty:

Vitamin A- Great skin protector and healer. Found in sweet potatoes and leafy greens, or you can also buy them as vitamin capsules.

B complex- Found in eggs, fish, leafy vegetables and dairy products.

Vitamin E- Found in beauty products. Read the labels of your creams.And finally, green tea. It works as an amazing antioxidant and keeps the skin radiant.  

I’ve been very mindful about keeping all of the above in my regimen, and so far, I am loving the results!
