After all the bare make up looks we've seen on the runways, we are ready to go all out with our make up for the festive season. We escape to a whimsical world where all things sparkly await us. There's something magical about this time of year and we had so much fun embracing that magic with a makeup look perfect for a special night out.

Maison Lancôme opened up its doors to us to let us play with the most beautiful winter colors. What's the occasion? It's Lancôme's 80th anniversary.

The easiest way to transform your day look to an evening look is with the perfect red or burgundy lipstick. Lancôme makes sure you are on trend with its universal red, but also has a great lip base to keep your lips hydrated with this matte look. You can apply it together with the burgundy color to go ombré, but for this look I like to keep them separate. 

With the bold lip we don't want to go overboard on the eyes, that's why the beige and taupe colors in the eyeshadow palette are perfect for this look. Use this as your base and on the crease. Intensify by adding the sparkling gold on the lid along with the red lip. If you are using the burgundy lip, I love to pair it with the bronze shade. The dark plum is perfect for intensifying your liner all around the eyes. 

It's all about the highlight this season; we all want to look as sparkly and festive as ever. The wonderful thing about the Star Poudre De Lumières is that it comes with a puff that makes it easier to apply. 

My favorite part of this collection is the Hypnôse Stardust Sparkling Top Coat Mascara. This is where the magic really happens; it comes in a beautiful bottle with a touch of gold that already gets me excited to use it, but there's more magic inside!
