Burberry Fall/Winter 2018-2019 Ready-to-Wear

Christopher Bailey’s final show for Burberry was not only a reinterpretation of house icons, but also a celebration of the rainbow as a symbol of inclusiveness and joy, as he had also revealed the new Rainbow Check a few days before the collection. Bathed in a laser light show, Adwoa Aboah opened the show in a graffiti print fleece hoody and rainbow running down a full white skirt, pieces that formed part of the see now buy now collection. There were heart print grandfather trainers, rainbow striped tote bags and house-check coats in reworked two tones. Familiar Burberry faces took to the catwalk - Edie Campbell wore a rainbow-colored gilet. Cara Delevingne closed the show in a full length technicolored faux fur cape.
