From road to runway that was how Ralph Lauren chose to celebrate with a spectacular show set amongst his private luxury collection in his own personal garage in Bedford. He bucked the spring/summer 2018 trend and showcased a ‘see now buy now’ Fall 2017 collection. Amongst the Lamborghinis and Ferraris, models sashayed along a plush velvety carpet, whilst guests including Diane Keaton, Lady Kitty Spencer and Katie Holmes sat in luxurious leather sofas and waiters wore jumpsuits with “Ralph’s Garage” emblazoned on the back. The show opened with those signature Lauren suiting looks form a tailored check jumpsuit to exquisite trench-coats. Bella Hadid stunned in a traffic light red ballgown with a patent leather bodice, like a car’s exterior. Another crystal embellished black gown was inspired by the grille of a 1920’s race car. Lauren took his bow in a motor racing denim boiler suit.
