If you’re into the Duchess of Sussex’ style as much as we are, then odds are you’ve already noticed she has a thing or two for boatneck necklines. So much so that this style has become one of her signature looks – right after below-the-knee dresses – and we can’t help but gush over her slender figure.
That said, even her wedding ceremony gown had a boatneck neckline, designed especially by Givenchy’s Clare Waight Keller. Now we’re not saying anyone could be a princess, but maybe wearing the boatneck –à la Meghan Markle – is one step closer into becoming one? And so, the once-so-famous style had regained popularity and we’re betting everyone who’s anyone will be donning this look.
The style in particular is very much reminiscent of Audrey Hepburn’s exquisite class; in fact, the actress was widely known for portraying a classical look infused with a whole lot of femininity. And now, years later, the beautiful Markle is adopting this trend as her own and putting her little twist on it!
