Foundation is like the perfect pair of jeans, you will search high and low to find the perfect match. When I heard La Mer came out with a foundation I had to try it. Their skincare line is amazing, so I assumed the foundation would be just as great. Usually most foundations don’t match my skin but I found a match right away. THE SOFT FLUID LONG WEAR FOUNDATION SPF20 in Blush was a little darker than my complexion, but that is exactly what I wanted. I tried it alone and didn’t set it to get the full effects. First impression when I applied it with my fingertips “this feels amazing.” Not sure if I applied a little too much because I was so excited about how it felt and trying it for the first time, but the amount of coverage surprised me. It’s definitely full coverage. It looked flawless in photos but a little heavy for everyday. Even though it looked like I had a full face of makeup on, it didn’t feel heavy at all. My conclusion, I’m using this for special occasions. I love that it’s long wearing and actually benefits my skin definitely worth a try.
