This year’s SIHH was chockfull of the latest novelties in the watchmaking industry and – much to our content – of lavish celebrations. But perhaps our favorite one was IWC Schaffhausen’s 150^th birthday and the launch of its Jubilee collection, all of which took part of a gala evening graced with the presence of over 800 guests, including IWC brand ambassadors and global stars such as actors Cate Blanchett, Bradley Cooper and James Marsden, as well as sports personalities Valtteri Bottas and David Coulthard, supermodels such as Adriana Lima and Karolína Kurková, and influencers like Johannes Huebl and Kristina Bazan.

Indeed, to celebrate the milestone anniversary, IWC showcased the Jubilee collection comprising 27 limited-edition watches from the Portugieser, Portofino, Pilot’s Watches and Da Vinci families at the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie in Geneva. Guests were then invited to resume the celebration at the iconic gala evening, hosted by TV presenter Tess Daly, with glamorous performances by Aloe Blacc, jazz drummer Eric Harland and singer Ronan Keating.
