It’s during this year’s Swiss Salon in Geneva that IWC Schaffhausen celebrated the launch of its new Pilot’s Watches with an exclusive gala evening, inviting around 800 guests to admire the Spitfire, a true icon of British aviation in the year of Pilot’s Watches together with IWC. Gracing the event were numerous brand ambassadors such as Bradley Cooper, Rosamund Pike, Dev Patel, Adriana Lima, James Marsden, Karolina Kurkova and Sonam Kapoor.

The Swiss luxury watch manufacturer invited the international IWC family and guests to witness a real Spitfire landing on site as it is supporting the “Silver Spitfire – the Longest Flight” project as its main sponsor.

The night was truly remarkable gathering watch connoisseurs, celebrities and supermodels alike to witness yet another fabulous evening with IWC. Guests were entertained with musical highlights from successful Icelandic quartet Kaleo, alongside IWC‘s very own house band who came together especially for the evening.

Several IWC brand ambassadors visited the IWC booth in the afternoon, as they were guided through the brand’s newest timepieces, from the new Spitfire to TOP GUN and “Le Petit Prince” models exclusively by IWC CEO Christoph Grainger-Herr. This year in particular marks the first time that IWC‘s trade fair booth has been designed as an entirely open space. Set up like the wing of an airplane, the booth combines elements of luxury and engineering with the nostalgic dream of flying.
