The third day of the Salon de la Haute Horlogerie Internationale continues with luxury Swiss watch manufacturer Girard Perregaux, a brand that comes with a heritage of over 2 centuries. Indeed, Perregaux – mostly known for its mastery of Haute Horlogerie and unabashed horological perfection – displayed its latest novelties at the Swiss Salon and re-installed in watch connoisseurs’ minds its image of innovation and technical advancement. That said, the brand unveiled a unified collection and a unique theme entitled “Earth to Sky”, merging together its Haute Horlogerie novelties and its more accessible timepieces.
One of the masterpieces presented by Girard Perregaux at this year’s SIHH is the Bridges Cosmos – also known as a metaphor to the dialogue between earth and sky, the celestial and the terrestrial. And just like the sky, this unique novelty has two faces: day and night. But more importantly, the new timepieces feature a brand-new manufacture caliber – true to the brand’s technological mastery.
Another timepiece presented is the Cat’s Eye Plum Blossom, a fine work of art that attests to Girard Perregaux’s aesthetic forte. With a mother-of-pearl dial with plum carefully featured on it, the timepiece shines with diamonds and fine craftsmanship.
