Dressing for the Office 101

We’re going to level with you; you’re a man, which means you probably have no clue as to why you should even be concerned with this situation. But the fact is that clothes say a lot about you and your attitude at work- no matter how hard you try to deny it. Granted, getting all suited up for work each and every day of the week is not mandatory nowadays, yet the idea is still conceivable for some and it is still applicable in some workplaces. And while hard work pays off, a good sense of style doesn’t hurt either.

And even if you don’t have to suit up, you should at least look the teensiest bit fashionable, don’t you think? Dressing up for work does not mean that you have a lot of time on your hands, it just means that you were decent enough to consider your coworkers and the company’s culture before coming in every morning. So first thing’s first, and before you do anything else, take into consideration the 3 W’s of this equation: Where do you work? Who is the person you should be in this environment?
