Beach Hair Products

Beach hair is basically how you look after swimming in salt water and being under the sun all day. The best way to describe it is wavy, semi-dirty, messy hair. Sounds pretty easy to achieve but this undone look actually can take a while to achieve. Once you have mastered using your curling rod to get those beach waves, there are some products you can use to make it look like you literally live on an island. Although on your island, the sun will be damaging your hair, it’s not a good look to have dry split ends.
Start off with a heat protectant to seal the hair before you use your blow dryer or irons. Spray Ouai Hair Oil over damp hair before blow drying. If you’ve never used Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray, you haven’t really experienced how amazing your hair can actually look. Once you finish curling your hair, spray this on and you will instantly get that island girl look, trust us! It holds the hair but it’s very soft and doesn’t get sticky. If your hair is on the dry side and not too oily, another hairspray option is the Moroccan oil Luminous Hair Spray. I like it because again it’s not stiff like some hair sprays but it still holds my wave. Aveda Brilliant Emollient Finishing Gloss is great to use to tame those flyways, once you are done styling. It seems like a lot of products but, clean hair won’t really hold a curl and have that textured look. The best product for this look is actually your natural oils, so wait a day after you have washed your hair.
